Rose officially gave birth to Henry at 10:16 pm by VBAC. I knew she could do it! Henry weighs 9 lbs 8 oz and he's 21 inches. Now, it's time for some rest for this family. We've had a long day. Thank you all for your prayers through this day.

A Message to My Wife

Thank you. Thank you for all you've endured to bear our children and to be their mommy. Thank you for being willing to see your body transform into something that you don't quite recognize for the sake of having a family. Thank you for enduring the pain, both physical and emotional during this time that our family has been growing.

You're far stronger than I could ever be. Even during the really hard times you endure it all with barely a complaint. You maintain your beauty and dignity in a way that many women cannot. You're someone for other mothers and potential mothers to look up to. You're my hero.

I love you so much. Thank you for all that you do for our family.
